Location

The location is on a hill in the middle of the greenery. The view is impressive; in front of the house you look, along the pool, kilometers to the southwest, towards Tuscany. On either side of the house the view is no less beautiful; you can see either the farms of the neighbors in the distance, or the turrets of the village of Monteleone d’Orvieto, which is located at an altitude of 490 meters.

The house is located on a piece of land of more than half an acre, which runs down on both sides of the house. This enhances the feeling of ‘sitting on a hill’. The road to the house also emphasizes the privacy that the location offers; it is only used by the neighbors and a single tractor.

The garden was carefully landscaped after the house was completed. The centerpiece of the garden is the large, oval swimming pool (14 x 8 meters), which is located in a lower part of the garden. All kinds of flowers and plants adorn the borders around the house, from the flowering oleander to fragrant roses. And of course the area is characterized by olive trees and cypresses!
